The name is Turkish and stands for Yabancı Aday Personel İzin Takip (foreign candidate and staff permit tracking).

- Agency: the candidate source abroad. Adds candidates and their documents and follows applications within its own scope.
- Business: the employer. Opens staffing demands and follows applications and placed staff without seeing the source agency.
