Cyclebook is a Hyperaven product, live at https://cyclebook.nl in Dutch, English and Turkish. It lists bicycle repair shops across the Netherlands. At connected shops the customer books a service, day and time online, is told by e-mail when the request is received, confirmed and when the bike is ready, and can follow the status with a reference code.

## Three Parts

- Cyclist: searches by postcode or city, picks the service, day and time, and enters the bike once.
- Workshop: confirms requests, sees today's jobs and target dates, and adds phone bookings itself.
- Directory: shops that do not take online bookings yet are listed too, with their address and contact details.
